Nokia launches N86 8MP camera phone in India

Nokia has announced the launch of its new 8MP N86 camera phone in India. Apart from an 8 MP camera, this handset also incorporates wide-angle Carl Zeiss Tessar optics and is claimed to be apt for still and video imaging. Sharing of videos and images is made convenient with its easy and quick connectivity options.

The fast mechanical shutter and the Automatic Motion Blur Reduction features ensure minimal motion blur and short latencies while capturing fast moving objects. It is capable of processing images in 50 percent less time than conventional camera phones.

The Nokia N86 8MP comes with a built-in compass, along with a trial navigation license for driving. It also includes pedestrian navigation so that happy snappers don’t lose their way when capturing life through the camera lens.

The device also supports full sync capability with a PC and TV-out support for slideshows, he said. In addition to it, it comes with dedicated gaming keys and 17 pre-loaded N-Gage game out of which customers can choose one license game for free.

The unlocked N86 with the 8MP camera attaches a price tag of Rs 27,359 in India.
