Game Boy Advance USB Drive

The old Game Boy Advance cartridges don’t get used as much as before. Now they find themselves in the backs of closets practically forgotten. Well thankfully one person is giving those old cartridges some use once again. Instead of jamming them into your Game Boy, you’ll be plugging these into the USB port of your computer. Then while it’s not in use it can just hang from your keychain thanks to the built-in keychain ring.

As of now you can find these in 3 different versions. There’s the Mario Vs. Donkey Kong, Super Mario Advance and Metroid Fusion. All except for Super Mario come with 4GB of built-in memory. However, Super Mario actually has 8GB. For those worried about the brand name of their memory, these were created using Kingston memory. The 4GB drives can be purchased for $39.99 through Etsy, whereas the 8GB is priced at $49.99.

Apple iPod Shuffle in five new colors

Apple introduced some new digital audio players today, first up is the announcement that the iPod shuffle is now available in five colors. The 2GB model is priced at $59 while the 4GB model costs $79. Additionally, a special edition polished stainless steel model is available in a 4GB model for $99.

iPod shuffle’s intuitive controls are conveniently located on the headphone cord, letting you navigate and enjoy music without even looking. With the press of a button, you can play, pause, adjust volume and switch playlists, plus the VoiceOver feature lets iPod shuffle speak song titles, artists and playlist names.

The iPod shuffle is available worldwide today in a new 2GB model for just $59 and a 4GB model for $79, and both models come in silver, black, pink, blue and green.

Father'Day: Gift idea!!

Today, that we celebrate Father's Day so happily and proudly for having a father and honouring our fathers for their contribution in our life and father figures make to the lives of their children, I am proud to say that I am a daughter of my father.

Well, Father's day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June, each year. Now, that we celebrate this day, I am just thinking what should I gift him to let him know that I love him so much. Though, gifts are a part of Father's Day. But sometimes it's difficult to find the perfect gift ideas that say, "I love you dad, and I appreciate all the sacrifices you have done for me..".

Our father always gave us his best, so I am thinking few gift idea which would be the very best for our father to make him feel special.

First thing comes in my mind is an "Auto Card Manager", this allows a person to carry all of his important cards; ID, driver's license, debit cards, credit cards, and cash, all in one functional, stylish and compact device. The auto card manager will help stay organised, save time, and keep his plastic cards intact for good by protecting them from cracking.Pics: An Auto Card Manager

Second is a "Bridle Leather Dress Wallet", although trendy, these are not too practical if he tends to keep his wallet in the back pocket of his pants, it will make him feel like a million bucks.

Third one is a "Watch", if your father is still wearing that old 10-year-old watch, it's time to replace it with a timepiece that speaks volumes about a man's style and taste. Let your father know that you appreciate the time he took to raise you with values because as you get older, time flies by quickly, and with this new watch, it'll fly in style and your father will remember you every time he checks the time.

I hope among these gifts you could choose a proper and special gift for your father along with me and this father's day gift idea will surely make your father feel special.

USB Riff Rocker

The USB Riff Rocker is essentially a USB controller for a game. You plug the little rocker into a free USB socket, download the two games off the Riff Rocker website, and then thrash your little fingers off.

The USB Apple Fan

Yes, a fan is really just a fan. It blows on you, the only extra that is useful that could possibly be added to a fan is a heating option. Beyond that nothing extra is really needed.

Yet, you do need your gadgets to match your style and even your interests. So if you need a fan to blend in with cheesy USB gadgets, this is the one. That or this could be for teachers and Apple/apple fans. Although the fan doesn’t come in very Apple-like colors, meaning, it doesn’t com in white.

This cheap flimsy fan in the shape of an apple is powered by a USB cord. If you want it blowing on you while you’re away from the computer, you’ll just need 4 AAA batteries on stand by to keep it powered up. Those batteries are of course, not included with the brightly colored fan.

The fan comes in red, green and orange. As I said before, sadly there is no white version. It includes a USB cable with the fan upon purchase. You can pick it up for $16.99 from Gadget4all.

USB Tulip Hub

Tiptoe through the tulips on your desk with the USB Tulip Hub. After all, how often do we come across a USB hub that actually appeals aesthetically? Far and few in between, I suspect. The USB Tulip Hub will retail for $22 a pop and certainly brightens up your work area with four individual tulip bulbs, where each of them hold a USB 2.0 port to connect to your myriad of devices. It will work with both Windows and Mac systems.

If only the tulip bulbs came in colors apart from red - now that’d certainly make it more desirable.
